The FBI has reportedly raided the home of Jerry Harris, a Netflix actor who previously appeared in a video with Democrat presidential nominee Joe Biden where he encouraged young African Americans to vote, for allegedly soliciting sex from two younger boys.

“The criminal investigation is based on allegations brought by 14-year-old twin brothers. In interviews with USA TODAY, the boys described a pattern of harassment, both online and at cheer competitions, that started when they were 13 and Harris was 19,” USA Today reported. “They said it continued for more than a year.”

FBI agents on Monday served a search warrant on Jerry Harris’ home in Naperville, Illinois, sources told USA Today. Photographs published by news outlets showed agents at the house.

The FBI is investigating Harris on claims that the celebrity cheerleader solicited sexually explicit photos and sex from minors. However, Harris has not yet been criminally charged according to USA Today.

Although, evidence shared with USA Today suggests guilt. Shocking screenshots of social media conversations detail accounts alleged to be Harris asking the younger boys to pose naked while doing gymnastics and video themselves doing it.

The two boys Sam and Charlie say they were harassed at cheer competitions and online when they were 13 and Harris was 19.

Allegations also stem from a police report filed by Varsity Brands, a private company that manages the cheerleading industry, handling everything from uniform sales to major competitions.

Varsity’s Chief Legal Officer Burton Brillhart statted the company had learned of “inappropriate sexual conduct” allegations against Harris and was reporting the information to authorities as required by law.

The period of harassment lasted from late 2018 to earlier this year, according to Kristin the boys’ mother.

Kristen the boys’ mother and the boys themselves Charlie and Sam filed a lawsuit Monday in Texas against Harris, Varsity, USASF, and the Cheer Athletics gym at which Harris has cheered, court records showed.

The lawsuit alleges the companies failed to adequately supervise, hire, retain, and/or remove sexually abusive members of its organization.

“Nine law enforcement agents spent about three hours Monday afternoon in Harris’ home in Naperville, Illinois,” USA Today added. “The allegations against Harris have been reported to at least four other law enforcement agencies in Texas and Florida.”

Harris was recently featured in Netflix’s “Cheer” docuseries and appeared in a now-deleted video with Biden earlier this summer encouraging young Black voters to vote for Biden on Instagram. Harris was also featured on stage with Oprah Winfrey in a video widely shared, ironically an article was titled: “Jerry from Netflix’s Cheer Did Mat Talk With Oprah, and it’s So Pure.”

During the on-stage performance Winfrey, handed Harris her microphone and asked him to pump up the crowd with his signature “mat talk.”

The Washington Free Beacon reported:

Just three months ago the Biden campaign used Harris, who has over a million followers on Instagram, as part of Biden’s push to sway young voters and “win back the internet,” Time magazine reported. The Instagram live video of Harris and Biden was viewed nearly 300,000 times and remains on social media.

Now the Biden campaign is scrambling to delete the viral video, with the social media post removed from Instagram at the time of this report.

The news comes after Netflix itself has faced additional backlash in recent days over a highly controversial film called “Cuties” that has been widely accused of sexualizing young children. Both prominent Republicans and Democrats have spoken out against the film, which is borderline peddling of soft child pornography according to many outspoken critics including several lawmakers.
